Marco Romano, our trailblazer, honed the craft of pizza creation during an Italian sojourn, learning from esteemed Neapolitan pizza masters. Back in the UK, determination to offer an Italian pizza experience led to persistence in traditional techniques and selection of the choicest ingredients.
Our humble 12-seater has evolved into a cherished mainstay that still values craftsmanship and genuine taste. Our wood-fired oven traditions prevail, our dough is ever fresh, and we relentlessly seek out premium components.
